To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe proper salon etiquette. We are pleased to offer free consultations to both new and existing clients. 

A consultation can be used  to achieve your desired hair service outcome, allowing us to understand your needs and preferences fully.

You MUST come detangled prior to your appointment. If the stylist cannot quickly comb  the hair for shampooing services you may be charged additional or your appointment maybe canceled. 

Children MUST be able to sit still for the duration of the time needed to complete the requested style. If any complications arise the stylist has the right to stop service and no refund will be issued fromt he deposit and full payment will be requested for the scheduled appointment. 

For all braiding services, we require that your hair be at least 4 inches in length around. 

This ensures we can provide secure, tension-free braids and minimize any risk of slippage. 

Please communicate with your stylist if you have any hair concerns which could include but not limited to:

thinning, bald spots, breakage, etc.

We offer tailored hair services for all ages. 

Children's hair services and pricing apply to ages 5 to 11, while adult hair services and pricing begin at age 12. 

Our goal is to provide appropriate and excellent care for every client, regardless of age. Thank you for choosing us for your family's hair care needs!
